How do I book a space?
Open a listing, choose a move-in date and what you're storing, then Book now or Request to book.
When do I pay?
Instant-book spaces: when you book. Request spaces: once the host accepts. After that your card is charged monthly.
What fees are there?
Renters pay the host's monthly price plus a 15% service fee. Hosts pay a 4.9% + $0.30 processing fee out of each monthly payout. Listing is free.
How do I end a rental?
From your dashboard. It ends at the close of the month you've already paid for.
How do hosts get paid?
Through Stripe, by direct deposit to a Canadian bank account, each month the space is rented.
How do I contact a host or renter?
Use the message thread on the booking in your dashboard.
Do I need insurance?
Stowly doesn't provide insurance. Check your own home or auto policy.
