How do I list a space?

Create an account with your phone number or email, then follow the steps: location, type, size, features, what's allowed, photos, description and price.

What does it cost?

Listing is free. When you have a paying renter, Stowly keeps a 4.9% + $0.30 processing fee from each monthly payout. Renters pay a separate service fee.

How do I get paid?

Add your Canadian bank account through Stripe from your dashboard. Payouts arrive monthly while the space is rented.

How are renters screened?

You approve every request unless you turn on instant book. Renters tell you what they're storing before they request, and can only request spaces that allow those items.

Am I allowed to rent out my space?

Check your lease, condo declaration and local bylaws first. You'll confirm you have permission before you publish.
