Who can use Stowly

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract in your province or territory.

Use of spaces

Spaces are for storage and parking only. Nobody may live or work in them. Hazardous, illegal, stolen or perishable items are not allowed.

Hosts

Hosts confirm they own the space or have permission to rent it, describe it accurately, and follow their lease, condo rules and local bylaws.

Renters

Renters store only what they declared and the host allows, and follow the host's access rules.

Payments and fees

Renters pay monthly by card: the host's price plus a 15% service fee. Hosts receive the price less a 4.9% + $0.30 processing fee. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Ending a rental

Either side can end a rental; it ends at the close of the current paid month.
